We provide you with access to our secure client portal which means you can see as soon as we receive or send updates.
Communication
We can give your estate agent and mortgage broker access to certain documents within the portal so that they are always kept updated.
Collaboration
You have direct access to the person who is dealing with your matter and you can communicate with us direct, by email or message us through your secure portal.
Personal Service
We use IT systems which speed up the process of work we do for you from obtaining your initial information through to completion of your sale or purchase.
We offer a pre-sale package for you to get a head start if you are looking to market your property to ensure you are ready to go as soon as you agree an offer.
Speed & Efficiency
Our client portal is secure which means that you can pass documents, information and your financial details with much greater security.
Security
For straightforward transactions, we offer a flat fixed fee on purchase and sale for properties up to a value of £700,000 with no hidden costs (for more details see our Pricing page)
