Beyond his in-depth technical knowledge, he is known for his easy-going and straightforward manner and his ability to put clients at ease.

Legal background
Kieren is a solicitor specialising in all areas of private client work as well as residential property.

He has over 20 years’ experience working in the law.  Having qualified as a Legal Executive he took a further course of study and later qualified as a solicitor in 2013.  He has a broad knowledge of Wills, Trusts, Estate Administration, Lifetime Planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney and applications to the Court of Protection.  Kieren advises Deputies and Attorneys that have been appointed to manage another person’s affairs.

Kieren also acts for private individuals involved in a range of residential property transactions, including development acquisitions and sales, option and overage agreements, rights of first refusal, multi-use buildings and general sales and purchases.  Kieren also has knowledge of transfers of equity and first registrations.

Life outside the law
Outside of work Kieren enjoys reading around subjects ranging from History and Politics to Popular Science and Psychology.  In another life he would like to have been a chef and the only thing stopping him is a lack of talent, but he tries his best in the kitchen.  Kieren is happiest when attending live events be it theatre, literary events, comedy or music festivals.
