Will Pricing

We believe that getting a Will made is something that everyone should do. While it can be difficult to discuss or think about, burying your head is rarely the right thing to do.
You are never too young to make a Will, especially if you have a home, children or a partner.
Everyone’s circumstances are different and your Will should reflect that. There isn’t a one size fits all solution. We can advise you whether a simple Will is the right way to go or whether in order to protect your friends and family you need something more complex.
Our Charges
For those with more straight-forward family and financial circumstances, our prices start from a single will at a fixed-fee of £300 plus VAT at 20% (£336 including VAT) and a fixed fee for wills for a couple at £550 plus VAT at 20% (£660 including VAT).

What’s included
An in-depth meeting to discuss your circumstances so that we make the right Will for you which will cover:
We will prepare a draft of your Will for you to review
Once you’ve approved the Will we’ll have a meeting with you to sign it
We will store your original Will and provide you with a copy (if required)
What's not included
We can’t advise you about things we don’t know about.
If you choose not to tell us about some assets, or family members that you don’t intend to leave anything to we can’t explain the consequences of leaving them out of your Will.
If any additional work is required at any stage, we will discuss this with you and provide a revised quote before any additional work is carried out.
In these cases we will charge you at the hourly rate of the person dealing with the matter (between £310 and £365 plus VAT at 20%, or between £372 and £438 including VAT), but this will always be discussed with you before any charge is made, and you will be given an estimate of the costs involved.
Admin Fees
In addition to our professional fees, we charge the following standard administration fees:
- Onboarding fee: £20 plus VAT (per client)
Disbursements
Disbursements are costs that we pay on your behalf to third parties in relation to your matter (such as barrister’s fees, court fees, land registry fees and other similar charges):
- Land Registry Fees for Office Copies: £7.33 + VAT (per property).
How long will it take?
As a rough estimate, we expect that it will take between approximately 2 - 4 weeks to complete the process from taking instructions to your signing your Will, but this can be done more quickly if required.
