Pre-Sale Information Pack Option

If you are coming to us because you have or are thinking of putting your property on the market, we would like to work with you and your Estate Agent to prepare a pre-sale property information pack*.

This would involve a thorough review of your title to highlight any areas which might slow down the process such as name changes, redeemed mortgages still on the title, terminated leases on the title and boundary errors. If we can deal with these before rather than during the conveyancing process, this will help avoid delays. We will also ask you to complete the conveyancing protocol forms – the Property Information Form, and Fixtures and Fittings Form – which can take time. We offer a staged fee for this service as set out below:

  1. For the preparation of the pre-sale property information pack our fee will be £250 plus VAT.
  2. If you then accept an offer on your freehold property for £700,000 or less our fee will be £750 plus VAT.

*Please note that for now this option is only offered for freehold properties with a value of £700,000 or less. If you have a leasehold property or a high value property and you would like to discuss this option, please contact us at hello@vinelaw.co.uk or call Laura Ball on 01945 898090
