We can act as external support for inhouse HR and legal teams, providing additional specialist advice on a retainer or as needed basis.
Internal HR managers and their teams often need help from a specialist employment solicitor when it comes to more unusual, complex or particularly challenging problems, or if particular legal documents are needed to be drafted by a specialist solicitor. We can also be on hand to help with settlement agreements, disputes and Employment Tribunal Claims.
Outside of employment law, we can also assist inhouse legal teams generally with any particular projects that are coming up, with legal document reviews and drafting, and in cases of dispute or litigation. We can provide ad-hoc assistance when needed, or we can become a regular part of your team, dedicating time each month to spend onsite with you to help where needed.
